Why is there a delivery charge on my event?

The MoT Drivers club offers a discount to members on all events, and being a member removes the delivery charge which is effectively the members discount. Nothing is actually delivered except confirmation emails. Joining the drivers club is £29 for a whole year, and offers huge savings on events and tyres!
