What's included:
- Run place for One car, and a sole driver.
- Your Ferry booking both ways.
- Convoy teams ensuring you all get there!
- Three nights in a clean and comfortable, English speaking hotel located literally 1 minutes drive from the Nurburgring entrance, and including a proper German breakfast! This is also within walking distance of many of the popular restaurants including the world famous Pistenklause.
- A huge introductory meal so you can relax with your fellow runners and meet new people.
- A detailed run pack featuring route cards, guides to the local historic sights and great roads and even the best viewing points.
- A chance to meet the European MX-5 owners who have been specially invited to join the run!
- An informal optional safety talk for those who want to know how to get the most out of the circuit.
- Discounts on tuition.
- Local area information including the local Mazda dealership in Adenau, Cafes, Take-aways, Garages and race schools.
- Mazda on Track staff available on hand to help with local knowledge.
Not Included in the price:
- Lap tickets or fuel.
- Insurance (You require European EHIC Card, formally E111, as a minimum and we recommend buying Health and Travel insurance).
- Helmets.
- Meals other than daily breakfast and the Introductory meal.
- Recovery or Break down services. Basic mechanical support will be available however.
- Break down vests, spare bulbs, and warning triangles.
Private rooms are booked only on a first come first serve basis. Most runners will have to share with others, but we're a friendly bunch and we will do our very best to keep friends in the same rooms.We have worked hard to keep cost to a minimun therefore the room price is based on sharing in a 3 or 4 bed room with fellow runners. If you have any special requirements, we would be delighted to help, please don't hesitate to contact us.
When you book, you will receive a confirmation email asking a few questions that we need back from you. If you do not for whatever reason receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us.

Single rooms have a £10 per night surcharge. Double and twin room requests assume driver and passenger and priced accordingly. If you are travelling together, but in two cars, and wish to share a room, please let us know and we can make the appropriate adjustments.
If you have a passenger but are concerned their snoring my keep you awake and so are not fussed to be in the same room, please select the "1 passenger" option.
