Gear up for a spectacular day of Motorsport activity hosted by the MX-5 Owners Club with track action provided by MoT and Driftworks and supporting for Help for Heroes!

It's been in the pipe line for a long time now - the MX-5 Owners Club 15 – 20 Celebration. The Legendary MX-5 is 20 years old and the Owners Club is fifteen. The slippers are off and the driving boots on as Mazda on Track has organised a serious day of awesome track action to enjoy.
Highlights include:
- Seriously good value track time - Pick and choose when YOU want to be on track!
- A open pitlane morning session
- A very special visit from Driftworks - the people behind the smoke who will be putting on a world class demonstration of drifting - with almost 2000 horsepower on track this will NOT be something to miss! These guys go sideways at 100mph, and this very special visit is a big deal - these cars are normally reserved for world class competition but they are coming out specially for you! They will provide 2 demonstrations, one at Lunch and one at the end of the day as a grand finale.
- Nine afternoon 20 minute sessions at only £25 each!
- Tuition on all sessions
- Slalom Paddock / Handling Arena sponsored by Richard Eggar Insurance featuring the Team Merlot and Raceworx cars - Drive two specially prepared cars or your own car round a special course and try not to knock any cones down! Driver skill required - are you good enough?
- Driver training - Go out with qualified instructors on the circuit and improve your driving skills!
- Charity hot laps - Passenger rides with racing drivers in their cars, a white knuckle ride for charity around the circuit at high speed! A portion of the proceeds will go towards supporting Help for Heroes, MoT's chosen charity.
Off the track, the MX-5 Owners Club will providing a Show and Shine competition, trade stands, and the usual enjoyable family day out for everyone. This really is a day for everyone!
Where is this awesome event going to be?
The 1520 Track Action Spectacular will be at Mallory Park Racing Circuit in Leicestershire on the 12th September 2009.
Track time information:
- Drive your regular MX-5 on track!
- Pick and choose sessions
- Why not book your local region or club onto a whole session? Contact us for more information. Full sessions are priced at £25 per car, for 20 cars.
- Morning open pitlane - Drive all you want in the morning
- Afternoon Sessions - Allows you to spend some time looking around without spending your money on unused tracktime!
Please note:
- Noise limit is 98dB
- As this is an MX5 Owners Club event, there will be a small entrance fee (£8)which you will have to pay on the day to enter the event unless you have bought your tickets already. This is payable by all drivers in any car. You will however be able to enjoy everything in the event.
- This is a Mazda Owners club subsidised event, and therefore MOTDC Member discount does not apply.
- You do not need a Mazda or an MX-5 to drive this event!
